Completely updated for 2019! Three bedroom, 4 season renovated cottage boasts very large two tier deck complete with a stand up bar wrapped around a tree! A 4 piece conversation set, reclining deck chairs, large market umbrella, new 5 burner BBQ with side burner and deck lighting completes the outdoor space. Newly painted and stained exterior, deck and railings make this cottage stand out! The deck offers both sunny spots as well as much needed shade in the summer. If this is not enough for you, retreat to the large double hammock under the maple tree.
Inside you will find 3 bedrooms that will cater to your needs. All rooms have ceiling fans and individually controlled digital heaters. Bedroom 1 is freshly painted with a queen size bed, 2”thick mattress topper, mirror, wardrobe and night table with light that has a USB charger. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, dresser, night stand, mirror, two lamps and table top fan in addition to the ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a raised platform queen size bed with mattress topper, two large drawers under the bed, upright cabinet, headboard with shelving at the side and on top, lamp and extension cord for charging your devices overnight.
The newly decorated living room features a magnificent stone accent wall with fireplace and beautiful wooden mantle. Atop the mantle is a 39 inch HDTV with satellite package, HDMI ports and DVD player. A large collection of over 50 DVDs can be found in the bookcase, as well as a number of board games. A new chaise lounge sofa pulls out to a double bed.
The fully stocked kitchen contains all that you will need during your stay. A full sized stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, complete with Keurig coffee maker (K pods), kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, measuring cups, etc. makes cottaging easy. Spices, oils, vinegars etc. are also available for your convenience.
